Reading these numbers
A drop in is the most expensive way to take a class, and almost nobody pays it twice. Class packs typically cut the per class price by 15 to 30 percent, and an unlimited membership beats a pack once you are going roughly six or more times a month. Before any of that, check the new client intro offer: most studios sell two or three classes for less than a single drop in, and that is the cheapest possible way to find out whether you like the room.
Equipment drives most of the price difference. Reformer, Tower and aerial classes are capped by machine or rig count, so a studio with eight Reformers can only sell eight spots. Mat classes have no such cap, which is why they are consistently the cheapest thing on a schedule.
