Is this the wall Pilates from the app adverts?
There is overlap, but they are not the same product. A studio wall Pilates class is mat Pilates using the wall for feedback and support, taught by an instructor who can see you. The 28 day app challenges are a video subscription with a similar name.
Is it easier than mat Pilates?
More accessible rather than lighter. The wall gives you a fixed reference for where your spine and pelvis actually are, which is the part beginners usually have to guess at on an open floor.
What does a wall class cost?
$18 to $30, at the mat end of the range, because no machine caps how many people fit in the room.
