How does YogaPilatesSearch work?
Search by your city or by the class style you want, then compare studios side by side on drop in price, membership cost, intro offer, schedule and reviews. When you find one you like, you book directly with the studio. There is no booking fee and no middleman.
Is it free to use?
Yes, completely free for anyone looking for a class. Browsing, comparing and clicking through to book never costs anything. Studios can pay for a verified or growth listing, and those are always labelled, but paying never buys a higher position in the organic results.
How current are the prices and schedules?
Every studio profile shows the date its prices and schedule were last checked, and claimed studios update their own. If a field has not been checked recently we say so rather than presenting an old price as current. That is the whole point of the site.
What is the difference between Yoga and Pilates?
Pilates is a movement system focused on core strength, control and alignment, taught either on a mat or on spring loaded equipment such as a Reformer. Yoga combines postures, breath and stillness across many different styles, from a fast heated flow to long passive holds. Plenty of people do both, and a growing number of studios teach both.
How much does a class cost?
A single Yoga class usually runs $18 to $35 and a single Reformer Pilates class $28 to $50. Class packs and memberships lower the per class price considerably, and almost every studio runs an intro offer for new clients that is cheaper than a drop in. Compare the intro offers before you buy a single class.
