About Amika Wellness Studio
Amika has two addresses in Seguin and they do not run the same timetable. Donegan Street downtown carries the reformers, mat Pilates, yoga, a Golden Hour class and sculpt. The ZDT building on West Kingsbury carries hot yoga, hot Pilates, bungee, spin and a hip hop class that runs monthly. Which building your class is in is the first thing to check rather than the last.
Pricing follows the same split, and it is unusually granular. Pink at $90 a month covers the mat classes only. Rose at $150 covers reformers only. ZDT Only, also $150, covers everything in that building. Gold at $185 covers everything at Donegan. Platinum at $225 is both buildings and every class on both timetables. All of them are a 6 month contract, which is longer than most studios ask for and is worth knowing before you sign.
Drop in rates split the same way: $20 for mat classes, hip hop and rebound, $30 for reformers, bungee and spin. There is a Thrive Five pass at $100 and a 2 week all-access pass at $125, both good at either location.
Kristal Wessels and Lori Osborne own the studio and appear on the timetable teaching. Booking runs through Schedulebliss.

$20 as a drop in for mat classes, hip hop and rebound, with membership from $100 a month and unlimited at $150.
Who runs the studio?
It describes itself as women owned and Christian based, founded on faith, trust and shared purpose.
Is it good for beginners?
The studio says classes are built to be accessible from beginner through to experienced, with small class sizes on the reformer for individual attention.

Yes, including a Goat Yoga class at $20 per person, which tells you something about the range here.

Form fitting clothing for Pilates, with grip socks or bare feet for traction. Bring your own water bottle, though cups and towels may be provided.
