When you book a class with a studio listed on YogaPilatesSearch, your contract is directly with that studio, not with YogaPilatesSearch.
2. Using the Site
You may use YogaPilatesSearch for personal, non-commercial purposes, including browsing studios, comparing prices, reading reviews, and sending an inquiry to a studio. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through any forms on the site
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the site
- Interfere with or disrupt the site or servers

3. Studio Inquiries and Bookings
When you send an inquiry to a studio, we pass it to that studio. By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted by that studio using the details you provided.
Inquiries are free and place no obligation on you to book anything. Bookings and payments happen on the studio's own system, between you and the studio. YogaPilatesSearch is not a party to that transaction, takes no commission on it, and does not hold your class booking or payment details.
4. Studio Listings and Reviews
We aim to verify every studio listed on YogaPilatesSearch by checking their business details, ownership of their website or booking account, and their published class information. However, we are not responsible for the quality of work, conduct, or business practices of any independent studio.
Reviews and ratings on the site are provided by customers who have used the listed studios. While we monitor reviews and remove obvious fakes or violations, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every review. Reviews represent the personal opinions of individual customers.
You agree that any review you submit is honest, based on your own experience, and does not contain defamatory, abusive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates our community guidelines.
