About xForm Destin
xForm Destin runs on XFormers, custom reformers built for what the studio calls Slow Resistance Training, and every class on the timetable is the same shape: 45 minutes, full body, high intensity and low impact, working legs, core, obliques and upper body in one go. Erika and Natalie opened TreadFormer30A in 2022 and added the xForm rooms after it.
A membership here buys all three studios rather than this one. Unlimited is $279 a month on auto renewal or $299 without it, and the capped tiers are $239 for 12 classes, $189 for 8 and $109 for 4. Auto renewal carries a 3 month minimum and some real advantages: booking 30 classes ahead rather than 14 days, a friend pass every month, and 15% off retail.
Without committing, a drop in is $38 and packs run from $95 for 3 classes to $560 for 20, all of which expire a year after purchase. A pass good for a week is $125.
The one time offers are the cheapest way through the door. A first time drop in is $25 and there is a two for one at $38. Privates are $95 for the hour and semi privates $120. The New Mom and Bride-to-Be packages are $750 each.

Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsThe class pack prices do not match. Which are right?
Two sets are published and they differ sharply. One record has 3 classes at $150 and 5 at $290, while the studio's own list has 3 at $95 and 5 at $150. Ask before paying, because that is a hundred and forty dollar gap on a five pack.
What does auto renewal get me?
More than a discount. The auto renew unlimited is $279 against $299 without it, but the auto renew tiers also let you book 30 classes ahead instead of 14 days, include a friend pass each month and 15% off retail, socks excluded. They carry a 3 month minimum.
What is the cheapest first class?
$25 as a first time drop in, or a two for one at $38 if you want to bring somebody. A regular drop in is $38.
What is the class length?
Fifty minutes on paper, which is 45 minutes of work plus a cool down. The transitions are deliberately quick so the muscles stay loaded throughout.
Are there specialist packages?
Two unusual ones: a New Mom Special and a Bride-to-Be Special, both at $750. A one month unlimited is $199 and a one week pass is $125.
How does the small group pricing work?
A private is $95, a semi private for two is $120, three people is $150, and a small group of four or more is $45 per person. All of them run an hour.
Does my membership work at the other studios?
Yes. xForm runs three studios and every pricing option covers all of them.
What is the location?
36150 Emerald Coast Parkway, Unit 102, in City Market Beachside, next door to the Aqua Vitae IV Drip Bar.
