Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhich entrance do I use at 900 N Federal Hwy?
The private entrance on the south side of the building. Pilates Centered is on the ground floor in Suite 100, 900 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
Is a private session at Pilates Centered $135 or $150?
Both figures are in circulation, so confirm before booking. $150 is given as the private session price, while $135 is quoted for private apparatus training with an advanced instructor. If you will come weekly, 10 privates for $1,200 brings each one down to $120. Semi-private apparatus training is $75 per person.
Which new client offer applies, $255 or $259?
Probably one deal quoted two ways: 3 sessions of 50 minutes for $255, or 3 beginner privates for $259, limited to one per person. Ask which price stands.
What do the Pilates and TRX group apparatus classes cost?
$50 for one class, $120 for 3 and $400 for 10. The 10 pack pays off only if you attend often, and no expiry is published, so ask.
Can two people train together at Pilates Centered?
Yes. A duo private runs 50 minutes and costs $175 for the pair.
What hours can I book in Boca Raton?
Everything is by appointment: weekdays from 8am until 8pm, Saturdays in a shorter 10am to 3pm window, never on Sunday. Text or call (917) 399-4669 for a slot.
Whose classical lineage does Pilates Centered follow?
Two of them. The teaching draws on Romana Kryzanowska and Kathy Grant, both classical lines, and blends the two so a session can adapt to whoever is on the equipment. The focus is functional movement on the Reformer, Cadillac and Mat, with wall Pilates in the mix too. Separately, the studio says it was voted the #1 Pilates studio in Boca Raton in 2024.
How do I pay at Pilates Centered, and what does a late cancel cost?
Cash, check, credit card, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo all work. Give at least 24 hours of notice to cancel, because anything later is charged at the full price of the session.
