What Prenatal Pilates actually is
Prenatal classes adjust the repertoire by trimester, avoid prolonged supine work later in pregnancy and focus on pelvic floor awareness and load management. Only tag a studio with this style when an instructor holds a prenatal certification, and always present the listing as information rather than medical advice.
- Trimester appropriate modifications
- Taught by prenatal certified instructors
- Pelvic floor and posture focus
What Prenatal Pilates costs
$25-$50 per class is the national range. Below is what studios on this site actually charge, and when we last checked.
Not enough studios have published a prenatal pilates price for us to show a city range yet. A single studio's price is not a range, so we are not going to print one. $25-$50 per class is the national guide.

Prenatal Pilates questions
How far into pregnancy can I start?
Studios set their own rules and plenty will not take a complete beginner during the first trimester. Ask the studio directly and clear it with whoever is looking after your pregnancy, because the answer is about you rather than about Pilates.
Do I need a prenatal class, or can I stay in my usual one?
A regular class works if the instructor knows you are pregnant and can modify on the spot. A prenatal class means the entire hour is already built for it, nobody is improvising, and the room is full of people at the same stage.
Does it cost more than a normal class?
Not much. $25 to $50 puts it alongside a standard class, occasionally a little higher because prenatal rooms are kept smaller.

Position is never sold
Order is verification, freshness and rating. No studio can buy its way up this list.
