Yes, if you can use it quickly. A single group class is $35, so $60 for 3 classes undercuts every pack on offer, but it expires one month after purchase and a month goes fast.

Only up to a point. The 5-class pack is $160, the 10-class pack is $300 and the 20-class pack is $600, so the rate per class drops once and then flattens. The 20-class pack costs exactly double the 10-class pack, so go bigger for convenience, not for a discount.

Quite a lot. Alongside 5 Reformers there are 6 Chairs, 4 Springboards, a Cadillac, a Ladder Barrel and props. Leave zippers and metal fastenings at home, because they mark the upholstery on all of it.

Carrie and Sarah opened Luna Sol in the Fall of 2020. Carrie works in the Polestar Pilates approach and takes post-rehabilitation clients, having come to it through her own scoliosis surgeries and a car accident. That is worth knowing when you book, because it shapes how she teaches the equipment rather than promising you anything about your own back.

Luna Sol works to a 12 hour cancellation window, on group classes and private sessions alike. Cancel through Vagaro the evening before a morning class, since 12 hours can pass while you are asleep.

Considerably. A private session is $80 and a duet is $40 per person, so bringing someone halves the cost. New clients can also take the introductory 3 private special for $190, which is the sensible route if you want the equipment explained before you join a group class.

Grip socks are recommended, not required. Regular socks or clean bare feet work. Luna Sol sells them.

Weekend hours are narrow: 9am to 1pm on Saturday and again on Sunday. Weekdays open at 8am, finish at 7pm from Monday to Thursday and stop at 6pm on Friday. Parking is free, which takes one worry out of an 8am start.
