Hot Yoga Club Chico runs the Bikram style 26 and 2 sequence as Classic 90 and a condensed Classic 60, both in a room at 105 degrees with 40 per cent humidity. A gentler option runs between 95 and 100 degrees with room for modifications. Ashtanga and vinyasa are also taught, and reformer Pilates is on site. A drop in is $20 and membership is $68 a month.

Community Flow, a beginner friendly class at minimal heat around 80 to 85 degrees, open to members and non members at no charge.
What are the heated classes?
Hot Fusion blends the 26 and 2 sequence with Ashtanga postures over 60 minutes at 105 degrees and 40% humidity. Classic 60 and Classic 90 are the Bikram style sequences at the same heat, and Vinyasa Flow runs cooler at 94 to 99 degrees.
What do the tiers cost?
$120 a month on auto pay, including a guest pass, 10% off retail and workshop discounts. A month without auto pay is $130 and a year is $1300. A five class card monthly membership is $79 with unused classes rolling over.
Is a drop in worth it?
$25 including mat and towel rental, which makes it a genuine all in price rather than a base rate with extras.
