About Starlight Pilates
Starlight Pilates in Monterey is equipped with Balanced Body apparatus: reformers, a trapeze table, wunda chair and ladder barrel, and a single class may move across several of them plus mat work and weights. Melody, the owner, is a Balanced Body Advanced Movement Practitioner who completed her Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certificate in 2018. Hannah Redfearn-Loss also rents space here and specialises in pre and postnatal movement.
