View all FAQsWhat kind of Pilates does Rise and Reform Studio teach in Naples?
Classical Pilates, taught mostly on the Reformer and rooted in the Peak Pilates method. Rise & Reform also runs mat work and offers rehabilitation-focused sessions alongside trauma-informed movement.
Can I get to a class after work?
Probably not. Every weekday runs 7:30am until 5pm, so there are no evening slots at Rise & Reform. Saturday closes at 12:30pm and Sunday stays shut, which leaves early mornings or the Saturday block for anyone working a Naples office day.
Should I pick a monthly membership or the 10-session package?
It depends on how steady your weeks are. Memberships come as 4, 8, or 12 Reformer Pilates classes per month, and those credits must be used within the month of purchase because they do not roll over. The 10-session Reformer Pilates package is valid for 3 months from first use, which forgives a missed week. No prices are published, so phone (239) 663-8001 before committing.
What happens if I turn up for the Reformer without grip socks?
You will need a pair before you step on, since Rise & Reform requires them for safety. They sell them on site, but bring your own water bottle.
Is parking easy on Strand Ct?
Yes. Free parking sits directly outside the Naples studio, with designated visitor parking bays and extra street parking nearby when those are taken.
Can I just walk in, and how long does a class last?
Walk-ins are not the way it works here. Bookings are essential, made online through the Rise & Reform website or booking app, and each class is 50 minutes.
What background does the founder bring?
Over 15 years of experience, including a yoga certification earned in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand, and work with NGOs supporting survivors of human trafficking through trauma-informed yoga, breathwork and meditation.
How do Naples clients rate Rise and Reform on Google?
Five stars from only 15 reviews, so the Naples sample is still small.
