View all FAQs
How do I book a class at GW Pilates Studio?

You can book through their website at gwpilates.com/book, which runs on Momence. You can also download the Momence app and book through there.

I have never done Reformer Pilates. Can I just join a group class?

No. The studio requires 1 to 3 private sessions first if you have no prior Reformer experience. After that, you can join Mixed Levels, which is open to all levels but still requires some Reformer experience.

What is the difference between the Mixed Levels, Intermediate, and Advanced classes?

Mixed Levels is open to all levels but requires some Reformer experience. Intermediate requires previous Reformer experience and understanding of the machines and basic principles. Advanced requires at least one year of experience, knowledge of the Reformer, ability to follow Pilates terminology, and you must be injury free.

Do you offer anything for golfers, tennis players, or young athletes?

Yes. There is a Pilates for Golf and Tennis program aimed at improving coordination, follow through, and whole body rotation. There is also Pilates for Young Athletes for ages 16 to 19, focusing on core strength and stretching to prevent injury and improve performance.

I am pregnant. Is there a class for me?

Yes, they offer Pre and Post Natal Pilates. It focuses on strengthening your abdominals, pelvic floor, and back muscles, and exercises can be modified.

Who teaches here and what is the class size like?

The owner, Gina Adiutori, is a certified Balanced Body Pilates Reformer instructor. She designed the studio to have smaller class sizes so you get a more challenging and intimate experience with correct form.
