Private training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes and include stretching, workout, and a short massage with a Power Plate Pulse massage gun. You also have access to a squat rack and cable machine, and can incorporate pole or aerial silk depending on your goals.
How much does a private training session cost?
A 30-minute session for one person is $50, and 60 minutes is $75. For couples, 30 minutes is $75 and 60 minutes is $120. A REV Bike add-on for private training costs $85 for a 1-month deal.
What is the REV Bike and how long are the sessions?
The REV Bike uses VibeShift vibrational technology and sessions are 5-15 minutes long. You can turn the vibration on and off during the ride. It's available as an add-on to Power Plate class packages for $100.
