About TREMBLE
TREMBLE runs one workout: a 50 minute class on reformers that mixes strength training, cardio and Pilates-inspired movement. There is no second format to choose between, so booking is a question of which time slot suits you rather than which class.
The rules are stricter than most studios and worth reading before you reserve. There is no grace period at all. Arrive after the scheduled start and your machine can be given to someone waiting, because class sizes are small and the studio gives priority to whoever is already in the room. Cancellation runs on a 12 hour window, and missing it costs the class credit outright, or $25 if you are on an unlimited membership. Cancellations have to be made by signing into the account online, because the studio does not accept them by phone or email.
Grip socks are required and you will not be let into class without them. A pair costs $20 in the studio if you forget. First timers are asked to come 10 to 15 minutes early for a machine demo and an introduction to the instructor. Children and pets are not allowed.
Bathrooms are stocked with hair ties, deodorant and dry shampoo, and there is a water filtration system rather than a wall of bottles. TREMBLE does not publish class or membership prices on its site, so this profile carries no price.

View all FAQsWhy do the hours for TREMBLE Naples read open 24 hours?
Open 24 hours appears against every day of the week, which is a data artifact rather than a real timetable. Reformer classes run on a booked schedule, so pull the real times from the reservation page at makeittremble.com.
How long is a class at TREMBLE Naples?
50 minutes, on reformers, built around full body functional movement centered on the core.
What is the booking process for a first visit?
Buy a class or package online, create a profile, then reserve your place. Classes at TREMBLE Naples sell out, so booking ahead beats turning up hopeful.
What happens if I cancel late at TREMBLE Naples?
Cancel inside 12 hours or no-show and the class credit is gone. On an unlimited membership the same late change brings a $25 charge instead, and any cancellation has to be made by signing into your account online, since phone calls and emails are not accepted.
How does the waitlist work when a class sells out?
You need a class or package already purchased before you can join it. If a place frees up you are added automatically and get an email confirmation, and the waitlist closes 8 hours before the class starts. Being added late does not exempt you from the 12 hour rule, which is the part that catches people out, so only waitlist a time you can genuinely make.
Are grip socks required at TREMBLE Naples?
Yes, and they are not optional. TREMBLE sells them at the studio for $20 if you arrive without a pair, so bringing your own is the cheaper habit.
How early should I turn up for a first class?
10-15 minutes early is what TREMBLE recommends, because a new client gets a machine demonstration and an instructor introduction before the class begins.
Is parking free at the Vanderbilt Beach Road studio?
Complimentary parking is offered in front of the studio at some TREMBLE locations, so it probably applies at 2349 Vanderbilt Beach Rd #510 in Naples, but confirm it rather than assuming.
