View all FAQsWhat's the difference between the membership tiers?
They have three monthly memberships with a 12-month auto-renew: Shift at $120 for 4 classes, Evolve at $224 for 8 classes, and Transform at $312 for 12 classes. Per class, that's $30, $28, and $26 respectively. If you're committed, the higher tiers save more per class.
What kind of Pilates do they teach?
It's not classical Pilates. Their workouts are fitness-inspired, blending Pilates, yoga, and meditation. They use Allegro 2 reformers and Power Plates, which vibrate to fire your muscles 30-50 times per second. Classes often end with breathwork and meditation.
What are the class styles?
They have a few: the signature 'Grit + Gratitude' class combines reformer Pilates with Power Plate cardio intervals. 'Grit + Gratitude OG' is the original with more cardio and high energy. 'Restore' focuses on breathwork, Reiki, and restorative poses. And 'Foundation' is a contemporary reformer class for refining alignment.
Do I need grip socks?
Yes, you need grip socks. They sell them at the studio if you don't have a pair. Also bring a water bottle and, as they say, an attitude of gratitude.
What's the parking situation?
There's free parking in the City Parking Structure behind the studio. It's a dedicated lot, so you won't have to hunt for street parking.
What's the cancellation policy?
You need to cancel at least 12 hours before class. If you cancel late, you'll be charged $15 if you have an unlimited package, or you'll lose that class session. Also, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you won't be allowed in and it counts as a no-show.
How early should I arrive for my first class?
They recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can get a studio tour and get familiar with the equipment. That's a good idea since you'll be using reformers and Power Plates.
