What are the membership rates?
Essential is $119 a month for four classes on a three month contract. Unlimited is a founding member rate of $349 a month on a six month contract with limited availability, so ask whether it is still open.
Can I book the studio for a group?
Yes. A private group class is $350 for 50 minutes for up to ten guests, or $500 for a 90 minute extended private event. For a birthday or a work group that is one of the clearer private hire prices published anywhere.
What class formats run?
Alva Sculpt as the full body strength class, Alva Foundation for beginners, and Alva Progress at level 1.5 and above for progressive strength work.
When can I book a one to one?
Weekdays from 11 AM to 4 PM, or at weekends by appointment. Privates are $120 a session.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes, with a wheelchair accessible entrance, restrooms and parking, plus gender neutral restrooms.
What hours does it keep?
Two published versions differ. One gives weekday mornings to 1pm with an evening block to 7pm, the other a straight 7am to 7pm. Confirm before an early or late booking.
What is the dress code?
Form fitting clothing, with grip socks recommended rather than required. Parking is ample at Copper Hill Drive.
