View all FAQsIs the first week really free?
Yes for new clients, though Pilates for Dancers is excluded. That is a full week rather than a single class, which is unusually generous.
What is in the $99 introductory offer?
Two 60-minute private Pilates sessions and one small group equipment class. You can bring a friend along at no extra cost.
Can I earn a free class?
Reviewing the studio on Yelp or Facebook earns a free Pilates Barre class. That is the studio's own standing offer.
What equipment does the studio use?
Reformers, a Cadillac and chairs, all Balanced Body, with CoreAlign in the mix. A fuller apparatus set than a reformer only room.
What should I wear?
Comfortable exercise clothes and no short shorts, which the studio asks for specifically. Toe socks or gripper socks are preferred over bare feet.
Do I need to bring a towel?
No, towels are provided, though you can bring your own. Something to drink is permitted in the studio too.
What hours does Complete Pilates keep?
6am to 8pm Monday through Friday. Saturday is 8am to 2pm, and Sunday is closed.
What kinds of classes run here?
Small group Pilates equipment classes are the core, with Pilates and Barre alongside them. Privates come as solo, duo and a trio option. There is also a Pilates for Dancers programme, which is the one thing the free first week does not cover. Booking works online, in person, by email to info@completepilatesfitness.com or on 661-208-8900, and the Mindbody Connect app handles check in.
