View all FAQsWhat is the studio near?
Next door to Java Station, across from Creekside Restaurant. Parking lot entrance on Hollister Avenue.
Does membership make the sauna cheaper?
Considerably, and it is the strongest reason to take the membership rather than a class pack. Members pay $25 for an infrared sauna session against $35 to $40 for non members, and that rate is bundled into the FLOW ESSENTIALS membership at $145 a month on a three month auto pay commitment, which also carries a free buddy pass each month so you can bring somebody without paying twice.
What is the cheapest way to sample the studio?
A two week trial for new students at $77, covering unlimited yoga, Pilates and sculpt classes. Against $175 for a single month unlimited, the trial is clearly the better first move.
Should I bring my own mat?
Bring one if you can. There are a limited number of loaner mats, and blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters and chairs are all provided. For Power plus Pulse Sculpt and Yogilates, the weights, bands, Pilates balls and rings are supplied.
Why does Tuesday start so late?
Tuesday runs 4pm to 8pm only, an evening block with no daytime classes. Thursday is the opposite, opening at 8:30am. Most other days start at 9am.
What is the walk in rate?
$25, or $220 for a ten pack. Pre registration is strongly encouraged because space is limited, and passes have to be bought before you can schedule a class.
Is it only yoga?
No. Alongside Power Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Gentle, Restorative, Hatha and Yin, there is Mat Pilates, Yogilates, Breathwork and Pre-Natal Yoga, plus massage and facials on the wellness side.
