Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
How hot is the room?

105 degrees for the hot classes, which is the full Bikram standard rather than a warmed room. Kundalini is the exception and runs cooled.

Is there a discounted rate?

Yes, and a broad one. $20 instead of $26 for civil service, military, seniors over 60, nurses, school teachers, yoga teachers and full time students aged 14 to 22. It has to be bought in person.

How long do class passes last?

A full year on every one: $105 for five classes, $185 for ten, $340 for twenty and $465 for thirty. A twelve month window is the most generous expiry in this directory, and it changes the calculation on a bigger pass completely. You are not betting that you will practise three times a week for a month, you are buying at a lower rate and using it whenever the heat suits you.

What is the visitor option?

A Visitor Week Unlimited pass at $75 including mat and towel rental. Locals get an Intro Month Unlimited at $85 instead.

What can I book?

Hot 26+2 at 90 minutes, an express version at 60 to 75, Every Level Hot 75, Hot Vinyasa, a Hot Yin-Yang Fusion, Beyond 26 and 2, and Kundalini.

What is the floor made of?

Recycled anti slip, non absorbent, bacteria free material built specifically for hot yoga and easier on the joints than a hard floor.

Are there showers?

Yes, showers plus a cold filtered bottle filling station, with mineral and coconut water sold at the desk.

What is a monthly membership?

$145 a month if you set up autopay, or $165 a month without it, for unlimited classes.
