What do I have to wear for an aerial class?
Long leggings rather than shorts, and a top that covers your armpits, because bare skin against the hammock hurts. No zippers and no jewellery, especially rings, bracelets and watches, and skip lotions and perfumes. Barefoot or grip socks on the feet.
I have never done aerial. Which class do I book?
Aerial Yoga or Intro at Level 1. The aerial ladder then runs Progressions at Level 2, Foundations at Level 3 and Pro Flow at Level 4 and above, so there is somewhere to go once the basics land.
Is the unlimited membership $170 or $249?
