Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhat is AuraRED?
A heated vinyasa class using infrared, working breath and body connection through movement, balance and peak poses. It is the studio's signature heated format.
What is Somatic Yoga Bodywork?
A bodywork session rather than a class, covering Thai yoga massage, assisted stretching, somatic release and deep relaxation techniques. Very few yoga studios offer hands on bodywork as a bookable service at all, and it sits alongside the sound baths and art therapy as the part of this studio that is not simply a class schedule.
Do I need to bring equipment?
No. Mats, blocks, straps, joint pads and bolsters are all provided free of charge.
What is a single pass?
$30 for a single class pass, with membership starting at $125 a month.
Can I take a class online?
Yes, the studio runs in person and online classes, both booked through its own system.
What else runs here?
Stretch and Restore, family friendly yoga, sound bath events, meditation, Pilates and art therapy.
Does it run teacher training?
Yes, alongside the public class schedule at the Joe Wilson Road studio.
Is the score meaningful?
4.9 from 31 reviews in Cedar Hill, a good average on a modest sample.
