Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
Why are there two sets of equipment prices?

Because the pricing changed and both versions are still circulating. One set has a single equipment class at $42 with five for $175 and ten for $340. The other has $45 for a single, $167 for four, $320 for eight, $457 for twelve and $576 for sixteen. Ask which is current before buying a pack.

What is the cheapest way to try yoga here?

$13 for a single class as a new yoga client, or a month of unlimited yoga for $99. Mat classes otherwise run $22 with five for $100.

How do I start on the equipment?

Pilates Fundamentals 101, three private sessions for $240, or the introductory five private sessions for $300. Either gets you onto the reformer with somebody watching before you join a group.

How are the reformer classes graded?

Three ways at everyBODY: Newbie at Level 1, a high beginner to intermediate Level 1-2, and Level 2 or 3 for intermediate and advanced clients.

What is the one to one price?

$115 for a single reformer session, $453 for four, $865 for eight, $1236 for twelve and $1566 for sixteen.

What equipment is in a group class?

Reformers, towers and chairs in the small group equipment classes, with mat exercises combined into most sessions rather than kept separate.
