How long is a class?
Fifty minutes or less, described as low impact and high intensity across every major muscle group.
What is the cancellation window?
Twelve hours before the class starts, which is standard for a studio of this size.
Who owns it?
Dana Trenovich, who came to Pilates after it helped her recover from a hip ailment and is Balanced Body Comprehensive certified.
