Not straight away. Pilates Plus requires experience on Pilates equipment for all classes and will send people home without it, even though its classes are pitched from beginner to advanced. If you are new to the apparatus, call (239) 949-4024 and book the $109 Private Intro Session first. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early for that first visit.
Is Pilates Plus open in the evening?
No. Doors open at 7:30am, but weekdays close at 4:30pm, Saturday at 12:30pm, and Sundays are off.
Which Pilates Plus class pack has the lowest price per class?
The 50 class pack at $1850, ahead of 16 classes for $608. Both work out well below the $50 single equipment class. The 4, 8 and 12 class packs cost $176, $336 and $480. Buy the 50 only if you will be in most weeks.
What is the catch with the $159 intro month at Pilates Plus?
Two catches. It covers one class per day, and it auto-renews at $229 per month afterwards, so cancel in time if you only wanted the trial. Shorter openers are two classes for $45 or one week unlimited for $59.
Do private and duet packs at Pilates Plus save money?
A little. One private is $125, while 5 sessions cost $595 and 10 sessions cost $1120. Duets run $135 single, $630 for 5 sessions and $1180 for 10 sessions. The 10 session packs give the bigger saving, so commit only if you will use all ten.

Why would Pilates Plus cancel a class I signed up for?
Because every Pilates Plus class needs two or more participants to run. If you are the only one booked, it is canceled. Your side of the deal is stricter: cancel less than 24 hours ahead and you are charged the full session price.
Does Pilates Plus teach on reformers or only on the mat?
Both. Alongside mats there are reformers, a chair, barrel, tower and Cadillac, and the studio teaches Barre as well. Grip socks are required for Pilates-based sessions and sold on site.
