View all FAQsWhat does Every Body Plus teach besides Pilates?
A lot. The Swan Street studio runs Yoga, Barre, bootcamps, boxing, Turn Up and Zumba dance fitness, plus pole fitness and pole dance. Pilates itself comes as Classical Mat Pilates, Barre + Pilates Fusion and Yoga + Pilates Fusion, and the website also describes reformer and private Pilates on Reformer and Chair equipment. Workshops, pop-ups and showcases run weekly or monthly on top of the timetable.
Is the $25 first visit any cheaper than a normal class?
Not really. A first visit costs $25 and so does a standard single class at Every Body Plus. Early-bird classes at $20 are the cheaper way in.
Which EveryBody membership tier fits how often I train?
EveryBody Member is $25 a month with 1 class credit, and any extra class is $10. EveryBody VIP is $50 a month for 5 class credits, the same $10 member rate, VIP perks and one monthly guest pass. EveryBody VIP+ at $125 a month gives unlimited class credits plus the perks and guest pass. You may see $125 quoted as the starting membership price elsewhere, but that is the unlimited tier, not the cheapest.
Is there a contract if I join Every Body Plus?
No contract. Memberships run month-to-month, and you can pause or cancel with at least 72 hours' notice by email or in the Momence App.
Is parking free near 145 Swan St?
Often, yes. Free street parking tends to open up right outside on Swan Street, with more a short walk away. The unaffiliated lots across and beside the building charge a $5 cash rate when you use the Every Body Plus envelope.
How early can I fit in a weekday class at Every Body Plus?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday doors open at 6am; Tuesday and Thursday wait until 7am. Evenings finish at 8:30pm every weekday, and weekends stop at 1pm, beginning 8:15am Saturday and 9:15am Sunday.
Who owns Every Body Plus?
It is recognized as Buffalo's first Latina-owned gym and is a certified Minority and Women-Owned Business (MWBE).
What gear do I need for EB Boxing or the Canalside classes?
EB Boxing lends gloves, though regulars should buy a pair, and hand wraps are encouraged. Canalside Summer Series sessions are outdoors, so bring your own yoga mat.
