About Buff & Flo Main Studio
Buff and Flo has run out of Buffalo since 2019, and fully renovated its Main Studio on Orchard Park Road in 2024. Heated classes run between 95 and 99 degrees using infrared panels, which the studio says gives a drier heat than a humidified room. The schedule covers reformer and mat Pilates, hot Pilates, hot yoga and prenatal yoga, with private sessions available. Membership is $115 a month. A Larkinville studio on Seneca Street opens in 2026.

View all FAQsHow do I actually book a class here?
You book through Mindbody, either on their site or the app. For private sessions, use the Appointments tab or call 716-800-5267. Members get first priority, so if you want a regular spot, a membership helps.
What's the cheapest way to try out the studio?
If you're new, the two-week unlimited intro for $50 is the best deal, but it excludes Reformer classes. If you want to try Reformer, a single group apparatus class is $35, or you could grab a 5-class pack for $150.
How much is a membership, and what does it include?
Unlimited membership is $115 a month. That's the only membership price listed. It likely covers all classes, but the intro offer and class packs are separate.
Do I need to bring my own mat or props?
The studio provides essential props like blocks, straps, and bolsters. For Reformer classes, they have the machines with springs, straps, and a sliding carriage. So you just need to show up in comfortable clothes.
Is there parking at the Main Studio?
Yes, parking is available at the Main Studio. It's at 3385 Orchard Park Rd, Orchard Park NY 14127, so you can drive without worrying about finding a spot.
What's the difference between the regular group classes and the apparatus classes?
Regular group classes (excluding reformer) are $20 drop-in, with packs from $75 for 5 classes. Apparatus classes use the Reformer machines and cost $35 drop-in, with packs from $150 for 5. So apparatus is pricier, but you're using the specialized equipment.
Can I book a private session, and how much does it cost?
Private Pilates Apparatus sessions are $70 each, or you can get a 5-pack for $335 or a 10-pack for $650. You can book them through the MindBody app under Appointments, or call the studio at 716-800-5267.
What kind of classes do they offer besides Pilates?
They're a boutique fitness studio with yoga, Pilates, strength, and barre. They also have specific Pilates types like classical, beginner, hot, and prenatal yoga. So there's a range to choose from.
