Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsWhich Embodi Mat Pilates pass gives the lowest price per class?
The 4-class pack at $96 and the 8-class pack at $192 both work out to $24 a class, so the larger pack saves nothing per visit over the smaller one. A single drop-in is $28. The 4-class pack is valid for 90 days, and no expiry is published for the bigger pack, so ask before buying. Monthly unlimited is $200, which beats drop-ins only if you come about twice a week.
When does the $62 Weekly Unlimited pass pay for itself?
It covers every Embodi class for seven consecutive days. Three drop-ins at $28 would cost more than $62, so it pays off from your third visit that week.
What actually happens in Embodi Sculpt?
Embodi Sculpt is a full-body mat Pilates class with light weights, built around controlled, intentional movement, form and alignment. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, so it works for all levels.
Who started Embodi Mat Pilates in Vero Beach?
Emily Ramirez, a certified Mat Pilates instructor, created it, drawing on her background in the Miami fitness scene and bringing a slow, precise style of mat work to Vero Beach.
Why are there no weekday morning slots on Old Dixie Hwy?
Monday to Friday the doors only open in the afternoon and close at 8pm. Early risers have to wait for the weekend, when Saturday and Sunday run from 7:30am until 4pm.
Should I carry a mat to Embodi?
No need. Embodi Mat Pilates provides mats, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Can I book one-to-one time at Embodi Mat Pilates?
Yes, private and semi-private sessions are offered, but no rate for either is published. Call (305) 498-1325 to ask, and wear form-fitting athletic clothing that lets you move freely.
How much weight should I give the five star Google score?
Embodi holds a 5 on Google, but from only 13 reviews, which is a small sample for a Vero Beach studio, so treat it as early feedback.
