Apparatus work is priced apart from mat. A single one-hour semi-private Pilates Apparatus class is $40, dropping to $35 per class on a ten-class card and $30 on a thirty-class card. Private apparatus is $75 as a drop-in, $60 per class on the ten-class card and $55 on the thirty-class card. Both are arranged by phone on (772) 532-9277 rather than online.
Why does Saturday finish so much earlier?
Saturday runs 8am to 1pm, which is short next to the weekday stretch of 8am to 8pm from Monday through Friday. Sunday is closed, so weekend visits have to be Saturday mornings.
Can you start at Studio 14 with no Pilates behind you?
Yes. The studio's own wording is that no experience is needed, and it asks you to arrive early so the instructor can get you set up. Mat Pilates leans on body weight for resistance rather than machines, which is the gentler way in.
Which classes are free the first time you try them?
