View all FAQsWho teaches here?
Heather, the owner, who has been teaching Pilates since 1999 and was certified by Romana Kryzanowska. That is a direct line back to Joseph Pilates through the person he trained to carry the method, and over twenty five years of teaching behind it.
What is MamaCore?
A class for mothers built around diastasis recti and pelvic floor engagement. Very few studios run that as a scheduled group class rather than referring you to private sessions.
How small are the classes?
Six students at most in a group reformer class, which is why the studio talks about a low student to teacher ratio rather than a headcount.
What is RestoreReform?
The gentle one: restorative work focused on core connection and stretching, suitable if you are carrying an injury or simply prefer a slower pace.
What does it cost?
$40 for a drop in, $190 for a five class pack, or $130 a month for four classes and $240 for eight.
What is the equipment list?
Reformer, Tower, Chair, Jumpboard and assorted props in the Core Reform classes, so a session moves between apparatus rather than staying on one.
Is parking accessible?
Yes, including designated wheelchair accessible spaces at the Technology Forest Boulevard studio in The Woodlands.
What are the hours?
6am starts Tuesday through Friday, running to 7:30pm midweek and closing at 1:30pm on Friday. Monday opens later at 8:30am, Saturday finishes at 11:30am, and Sunday is closed.
