It is 45 minutes, full body, high intensity but low impact. You use custom BODYROK reformers with a jump board, straps, and a bungee. The room has loud music and low lights, and instructors give three options for every move, so you can scale up or down.

BODYROK calls it "Pilates RE-DESIGNED." The programming rotates daily through seven distinct formats, so you do not repeat the same class. The custom reformers are built for heavier resistance and smooth transitions.
