Frequently Asked Questions

View all FAQs
I cannot find the door. Where is the entrance?

Behind Ms Lily's 7A Cafe, on the 7th Street side. There is a door buzzer, and the studio is on the second floor with elevator access, at the corner of 7th Street and Avenue A looking over Tompkins Square Park.

Do the monthly passes auto renew?

No, and that is worth knowing. Silver is $144 for four group classes, Gold is $272 for eight, and VIP is $425 for one class a day. Each expires a month from first use and none of them renews on its own.

What is the cheapest first class?

$33 as a new client, against $44 standard, and it stays valid for 30 days.

Is there a new client rate for private sessions?

Yes, an introductory private at $115 rather than the usual $130, and it stays valid for a full year, so there is no rush to use it. A private duet for two is $175.

What is the class length?

Every session runs 45 minutes, worked on Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers, so it is a tight format rather than a long one.

Do class packs expire at different rates?

Yes, and the bigger the pack the longer you get. Five classes is $195 and lasts two months, ten is $370 over six months, and twenty is $700 with a full twelve months to use them.

Can I book a private online?

Group classes book from the schedule on the website, but for a private appointment the studio asks you to call on 212-320-8399. Grip socks are required and sold on site.
