Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsDoes Viva Pilates publish its prices?
No. Nothing public gives a rate for a class, a pack or a semi private session, so phone (813) 951-3420 and ask before you plan a budget around it.
Is Viva Pilates open on Sunday?
No, Sunday is the day it shuts. Every other day, Saturday included, runs 7am to 8pm, a long stretch for a small Plant City operation.
Can I take chair yoga at Viva Pilates?
Yes, chair yoga sits beside chair Pilates, reformer Pilates and semi private work on the site. It is the gentlest option, matching the line about helping all ages and levels.
Does Viva Pilates have a Wunda Chair?
Yes, plus a Tower, a Reformer, a Barrel and mats. That is a fuller apparatus set than a mat only room, which is why chair Pilates runs as its own class.
Why is the Facebook page under the name Diana?
The Facebook address is facebook.com/vivapilatesDiana while Instagram sits at vivapilatesplus1, so a first name is baked into one handle and not the other. Both belong to the same Plant City business.
How much does 5 stars from 5 reviews really tell you?
Very little. 5 reviews is a tiny sample for Viva Pilates, so read it as encouraging.
Is semi private a better start than a group class here?
Probably, if you have never been on a Reformer or a Wunda Chair, because a semi private slot means the instructor can set you up on the apparatus instead of calling corrections across a room. Viva Pilates describes reformer, chair and semi private work as separate offerings, and no rates or class sizes are published for any of them, so put both questions to (813) 951-3420 when you book at vivapilatesplus.com/classes.
