View all FAQsDo I need to book ahead, or can I just walk in?
You have to book online in advance through the MindBody scheduler or the Toned Body Pilates app. No walk-ins mentioned.
I've done Reformer before. Do I still need a private session first?
Yes. New clients are required to attend a private session before scheduling group classes, regardless of prior reformer experience. That private orientation costs $85.
What does the intro offer include, and is it worth it?
The introductory offer is $140 for unlimited classes for a month. If you plan to come more than four times, it beats the $35 drop-in rate. New clients have to do the private session first, so factor that in.
What are the membership options?
Monthly memberships are $180 for 8 classes, $245 for 13 classes, or $290 for unlimited. You have to contact the studio to set them up. If you're going more than twice a week, the unlimited is the better deal.
What kind of equipment do they use?
They use Balanced Body Allegro II reformers, plus a tower, jump board, TRX, and Bosu. They also have mat classes.
What class levels are offered?
Classes are leveled: Pilates Basics, Level 1, and Level 2, plus Tower and Jump Circuit classes. So you can start with Basics if you're new.
