Yes, in the same plaza. The group studio is at 1855 South East Federal Highway and the private and massage studio at 1841. Check which number your booking is at.
What is in the group studio?
Eight of every apparatus, which is why classes cap at eight and why the format can change week to week without anybody waiting for a machine.
What is in the private studio?
Wood apparatus: two reformers, two trapeze tables, two chairs, two barrels and a CoreAlign. That is a different room for a different kind of session.
Is there a loyalty rate?
Yes, and it is a substantial one. A group class is $40 as a drop in and $30 prepaid monthly. A private is $125 as a drop in and $100 prepaid. Paying monthly saves a quarter on either.
What does a duet cost?
$87.50 per person as a drop in, sitting between the group and private rates.
Is massage available?
Yes, massage therapy runs alongside the Pilates at the private studio, which is why the two addresses exist.
What hours does it keep?
