View all FAQsIs this a gym or a studio?
Both, and that is the point. Founded in 2011, it runs a full weight training floor with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers and resistance machines, plus a separate yoga studio with infrared heat, sound and lighting. You are buying access to both rather than choosing.
How cheap is unlimited?
$70 a month, which against a $28 drop in pays for itself in three visits. With consistent use the studio reckons it works out under $10 a class, and that is not marketing exaggeration at that price.
What is the new student special?
Two weeks of unlimited in studio classes for $30, which is barely more than a single drop in.
What are the group classes?
Strength and conditioning, hybrid training in HYROX and DEKA style, cycling, yoga, and recovery and mobility. Specific formats include Breakthrough, a hybrid of cycling and strength, Circuit Strength, Strong for barbell work, and Hot Sculpt.
What does personal training cost?
From $45 a session, with 10 and 20 session packages and monthly autopay options.
What do the class packs cost?
10 and 20 class packages, working out as low as $17.50 a class, though the unlimited membership beats both at $70.
What equipment is used in class?
Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, resistance bands, cardio machines and running, depending on the format.
What hours does the facility keep?
5am starts on Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30am the other weekdays, closing between 6:30pm and 8pm. Both weekend days finish at 10am, so the weekend is short.
