All of them do, unless you already have reformer experience. Studio One Pilates asks new clients, anyone coming back after a break, and anyone who has had surgery or a major injury in the last six months to book an introductory private session first. That session runs 45 minutes for $35, covers the equipment and your form, and ends with the instructor telling you which classes suit you.
Does the 10 class pack cost less per class than the 4 class pack?
$25 a class either way. The 4 class pack is $100 and the 10 class pack is $250, so the per class rate does not drop.
Two private session prices are quoted, so which one is right?
A private session is quoted at $140, and at $85 for a 55-minute session by another source. The numbers do not agree, so ring (916) 258-5760 before booking.
Which days close early at Studio One Pilates?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday run to 7pm, opening at 8am. Friday stops at 12:30pm, Saturday opens 8:30am and shuts at 12pm, and Sunday is done by 11am.
Does Studio One Pilates charge an enrollment fee?
