Frequently Asked Questions
View all FAQsDoes Skylight teach Pilates as well as Yoga?
Yes. Skylight describes reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, private and semi private Pilates, plus hatha and yin yoga, so one Naples address covers both disciplines.
Which days can I actually get to a class on Tamiami Trail?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with the doors open from 9am until 2pm. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are marked closed, which rules this out for anyone who can only train after work or at the weekend.
Is there a way to work out with Skylight from home?
Yes. Skylight's site points to livestream options for a workout online, which suits anyone who cannot reach Tamiami Trail between 9am and 2pm. Ask which classes stream by calling (239) 649-5002.
Can I book a private or small group session in Naples?
Yes. Skylight says small groups and private classes are available, and its site covers private and semi private Pilates. Neither rate is published, so ask the price on (239) 649-5002.
Does Skylight publish its class prices?
No prices appear anywhere for Skylight, drop in or package. Call (239) 649-5002 before your first visit.
What machines are at Skylight on Tamiami Trail North?
Skylight works with reformer and mat equipment. On the Pilates side that means reformer sessions and mat classes, while hatha and yin yoga also run on the mat. No machine count is published, so do not assume a reformer spot will be free when you arrive: reserve through the online schedule page first, particularly on a day that closes at 2pm.
How do Google reviewers rate Skylight Yoga and Fitness?
A perfect 5 from 51 Google reviews, a sample large enough to take seriously for a small Naples boutique.
Which suite on Tamiami Trail North is Skylight in?
Skylight sits in Suite 100 at 5002 Tamiami Trl N, Naples, FL 34103. Handy detail: the phone number ends in the same digits, (239) 649-5002.
