View all FAQs
I saw the intro offer on your site, what exactly does it include?

The Sage Intro is one week of unlimited 45 minute group classes for $59. It is one class per day, and the week expires 7 days after your first class. That is the cheapest way to try the studio if you are new.

How do I actually get into a class here? Do I need to call or is it online?

You book through Arketa, the link is on their site. No need to call.

What does a single class cost, and is it cheaper to buy a pack?

A single Mat class is $28, a single Reformer is $38. If you plan to come more than a few times, a pack saves money. A 4 class Mat pack is $105, an 8 class Mat pack is $190. For Reformer, a 4 pack is $145 and an 8 pack is $245.

Do I need to bring my own mat or do they have them?

They provide all necessary mats and equipment. You do not need to bring anything except maybe grip socks, and they sell those on site if you do not have them.

Are the Reformer classes actually small or is it packed?

Full Body Reformer Pilates is capped at six reformers per class. That is a small group, so you get more attention and cueing.
