View all FAQsIs there a cycling class?
Yes, and only at this location. Marina runs a 50 minute cycle and sculpt hybrid alongside the standard 45 minute reformer classes, which no other BODYROK studio in this directory carries.
What does it cost to try?
$20 for one class as the intro offer, against $35 for a standard single session.
What do class packs run to?
$169 for 5, $299 for 10 and $549 for 20, with unlimited at $279 a month and memberships starting at $129.
Where should I leave the car?
Nowhere the studio owns. There is no on site parking. The studio is on Lombard Street near the corner of Filmore, next to the Wells Fargo parking lot, and street parking in the Marina is what it is. Leave time.
What is the reformer like?
Custom built by BODYROK from aluminium in the USA, with a jump board, straps, a bungee and a wide spring range. It is a hybrid design, closer to strength training than to classical Pilates.
When is the studio open?
In two blocks. Weekdays open at 5:45am and run to 1pm, then reopen in the afternoon and close at 9pm early in the week and 7pm on Friday. Saturday is straight through, 7:30am to 2pm, and Sunday splits again, closing at 6:30pm.
Are there changing facilities?
Yes, lockers and changing rooms, which matters in a neighbourhood where most people walk or cycle in.
What is the review score?
4.7 from 120 reviews on Lombard Street, a decent average on a substantial sample.
