What do the shorter sessions cost?
A 30-minute 1-on-1 half session is $50, or $45 per person for two. The 45-minute Cardio Tramp Cardio Sculpting class is also 1-on-1, at $80.
Can three or four friends train together?
Yes, as a planned group. Trio and quartet sessions need the studio's approval of the time and of how the group members are related, and no price for them is published.
How do payment, cancellations and makeup sessions work?
Pay the instructor directly at the session. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead or you are charged for the session, and there are no refunds. Makeup sessions are available, but they must be completed by the end of the calendar month, so a cancellation in the last week of the month gives you very little room to rebook.
