View all FAQsHow cheap is the first class really?
$10, which is the lowest first class rate on this site. There is also a free class if you message the studio through their website, and an introductory offer of four classes for $99 against a $40 drop in.
What is the VIP membership?
$450 a month for unlimited access at Prime Life, The Brick Gym and J4, plus an infrared sauna session. It only makes sense if you would genuinely use all three, but it is a rare arrangement worth knowing exists.
Which membership matches how often I will come?
The tiers are priced by frequency rather than by class count. One session a week is $129 a month, two is $149, three is $189, and unlimited is $229. If you are honest about twice a week, the $149 tier is the buy.
Why is Sunday so short?
Sunday is an afternoon block only, finishing at 5pm, with no morning classes at all. Saturday is the reverse, ending at 11:30am. Weekdays split into a morning session and a late afternoon one.
Who runs the studio?
Rebecca Slemmons, who the studio describes as a fitness veteran of more than thirty years. It has been newly remodelled and expanded.
Is it only Pilates?
No. Reformer Pilates runs at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, and alongside it there is Mat Pilates, Cardio Barre, Tower and Flow Yoga. Yoga needs no equipment, though you can bring your own mat.
What about one to one training?
Personal training packs run $600 for ten thirty minute sessions or $750 for ten hour long ones, with twenty packs at $1000 and $1400.
