View all FAQsCan I take a Cadillac class in a group?
Yes, and this is the only studio in Santa Barbara that runs them. Reach and Rise is the Cadillac class, alongside Cult Tower for lengthening and toning. Group Cadillac work is rare anywhere, because the apparatus is expensive and normally reserved for privates.
What is Cult Initiation?
A four week fundamentals series for true beginners, run as a course rather than a drop in. If you have never touched a reformer, that is the entry point rather than the level 1 class.
What does it cost?
$45 a drop in, $400 for ten classes over three months, or $700 for twenty over six. The introductory rate is three classes for $99.
What do private sessions cost?
$130 for a single session, $625 for a five pack and $1,200 for a ten pack.
How are the reformer classes graded?
Three steps. Cult Reformed runs at Level 1, Level 1.5 and Level 2, so you can see where you belong before booking rather than finding out mid class.
What is the room like?
A restored industrial loft on West Figueroa Street with exposed brick and wooden beams, fitted with Align reformers and Cadillacs.
Who runs it?
Natalie Harper and Alissa DiSalvo, with over 20 years of teaching between them and an athletic, creative approach rather than a classical one.
When is it open?
7am to 6:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, closing at 5:30pm on Wednesday, and mornings only at weekends and on Friday, finishing at noon.
