View all FAQsWhen exactly do the apparatus classes run?
At fixed times rather than across the timetable. Mat plus Tower runs Monday and Wednesday at 10 AM, Reformer Pilates II on Tuesdays at 10 AM, and Reformer Pilates I on Thursdays at 10 AM. If ten in the morning does not work for you, the apparatus side of this studio is effectively closed.
What is the class cap?
Mat classes cap at six students. The semi private apparatus sessions cap at two, which is close to a private at a shared price.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Two months on any membership, after which you can change or cancel with 7 days notice. That is shorter than the three and six month contracts common elsewhere but it is still a commitment.
What do memberships include?
$120 a month buys four classical mat classes and a discounted $30 drop in rate for anything extra. $240 buys eight classes, the same $30 rate and a guest pass each month.
What is the new client pack?
Four classes for $100 with 45 days to use them, which works out below the membership rate per class.
Which mat class do I start with?
Mat Pilates I, the foundations class, working on core engagement, breath alignment and the essential classical mat exercises. Mat Pilates II is the flow version and there is an all levels class between them.
What apparatus is in the studio?
Cadillac, reformer, barrels and chairs, used in private sessions and the two person apparatus classes.
What are the studio hours?
7am to 6pm Monday through Thursday, 7am to 1pm Friday, 10am to 1pm Saturday, closed Sunday.
