About Paice Pilates
Paice Pilates is a classical Pilates studio in downtown Palo Alto, teaching the original Contrology work of Joseph Pilates. Clients work on reformers, towers, chairs, barrels, and small props, including the electric chair and baby arm chair, on the exact dimensions intended. The studio emphasizes safe, confident maneuvering of all equipment, with classes flowing without covering basics repeatedly. Private and group sessions are offered for beginner and intermediate levels. The team includes a third-generation classically trained instructor and a comprehensively trained instructor from Germany.
