You buy the private session first at $75, then email info@formepilatesstudio.ca to agree a date, and it runs in a private training room fitted with the same equipment as the main floor. Worth doing in that order, because emailing before you have paid just adds a round trip you did not need.
Only for regulars. A 5 class reformer pack is $115 and the mat version is $100, while singles are $25 and $20, so $275 needs plenty of visits before it wins. If you get in once a week, buy the pack.
