View all FAQsEvery other reformer studio makes me wear grip socks. Do I need them here?
No, and that is unusual for a reformer studio. Barefoot is encouraged here and socks are entirely optional.
Which class should I book as a beginner?
There is only one class to book. The studio deliberately does not split its schedule by level: everyone takes the same 45 minute reformer class, and instructors hand out modifications and progressions inside it.
What does it actually cost to try one class?
A single class is listed at $45. The intro deals are better value: 3 classes for $96 inside 14 days, a week of unlimited for $99, or 10 classes for $292 across 30 days. A $165 first class figure also appears on the record, which sits far above every other number here, so treat it as suspect and confirm at the desk.
How much is a membership?
The studio's own FAQ lists Foundation at 5 classes a month for $180, Core at 10 for $280, Unlimited at one class a day for $360, and Annual Unlimited at $249 a month billed yearly. Other sources quote $160, $250 and $199 for the same tiers, so the numbers move depending on where you look.
Can I put a membership on hold?
Monthly memberships include one free 14 day hold per calendar year. Annual Unlimited is not eligible. Nothing rolls over and nothing is refundable, so unused classes simply expire.
Are there showers?
This one is worth checking before you plan a commute. The studio's own site mentions showers, but other accounts describe cubbies rather than lockers and washcloths rather than full towels. There are private dressing rooms either way.
How far ahead should I book?
Peak slots fill, and the studio suggests reserving three to five days out. Booking is through the app or the schedule page, and the room is phone free once you are in.
