View all FAQsWhat is the intro offer?
3 group classes for $90 if you are new to the studio. Buy it on the Kenko App, which is where all the pricing lives.
How small are the classes?
7 people maximum. That is what makes hands on correction possible in a room with exposed brick and not much floor.
What is the cancellation and no show policy?
Cancel more than 4 hours ahead and the credit returns to your account. Inside 4 hours you lose the credit but pay nothing more. A no show costs $10.
Socks or bare feet?
Either. Socks are not required, and plenty of people go barefoot. If you want grip socks they are on sale for $5.
How long are the classes?
Private Reformer and Duet sessions run 50 minutes. Extended Power Flow is the long one at 75 minutes.
What is the waitlist rule?
You can join a waitlist up to 20 minutes before the class starts, and you are notified by email. Monitoring your own status is on you.
I am pregnant. Can I take class?
Pre and post natal clients are welcome in Chill and Challenging Flow at their own discretion, but no pre or post natal modifications are offered. The studio is clear that the decision sits with you and your doctor.
What should I know before my first class?
Sign the liability waiver, which arrives by email when you register and is also linked in the Kenko profile. Shoes come off at the door and go under the front benches or into the back cabinets. Bring a water bottle, or buy one for $3.50, and fill it at the kitchen station. Phones are silenced and put away for the whole class, with no exception for photos. If you are training around an injury, arrive at least 5 minutes early to talk it through, and note that instructors are not healthcare professionals.
