About Natural Pilates - SoHo
Natural Pilates - SoHo teaches classical pilates with an athletic approach, offering mat, reformer, tower, and chair work in group, private, and semi-private sessions. The studio uses Merrithew V2max Plus Reformers and Stability Chairs, plus props like the Natural Pilates Ball and resistance bands. Its Mat and Reformer Teacher Training Programs are accredited by the Pilates Method Alliance's ITTAP Program. All levels are welcome.
