About My Body Pilates
My Body Pilates is a classical Pilates studio in McAllen, TX, teaching semi private sessions and private or duet options. It is the only second-generation Pilates studio in the Rio Grande Valley, with a focus on authentic method. The studio hosts teacher training through The Rebel Pilates Collective and offers mat equipment. Beginner and advanced levels are taught. Founded by Tanya Swayze Miller, it began in Harlingen and now has locations in Brownsville and McAllen.
